Cryotherapy is the hottest new trend in wellness.

It’s been called the “hottest new beauty trend.”

Cryotherapy, which involves freezing oneself in a stand-up chamber that pumps out air as cold as minus 292 degrees Fahrenheit, has been praised for benefits that reportedly include reducing signs of aging and speeding the healing process after injuries.

At KryoLife, a cryotherapy destination in New York City, each session lasts between 1.5 to 3 minutes (depending on how long you can take it) and costs $90. Demand is so high that the company is opening four new locations in the next four months: a flagship in the Flatiron District, one in Greenwich, CT, and two in Miami, FL.

And while it’s not completely fail-safe (a cryotherapy center employee recently froze to death in a chamber, likely after getting trapped inside after attempting to operate the machine on her own), the practice has attracted the attention of a slew of celebrities.

Here are a few of its famous fans:

1. Daniel Craig: The current Spectre star reportedly used cryotherapy to stay in shape during the filming of previous Bond film Skyfall.
